We want you to love your Character.com purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all character tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all character-themed labels and tags are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
